LESSONS

All students will be required to bring their own equipment for all swimming lessons (goggles and kickboard), if any other equipment is required, your coach will advise you.

Fees are calculated on a monthly basis, which will be collected on the 1st lesson at the start of each month. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
We understand that life is hectic, and sometimes things pop up, so we try to be as flexible as we can. If you have to cancel the class, please inform your coach ASAP, so we can schedule a replacement class.

If student is unable to make it for class, please let your instructor know at least 24hours in advance (earlier would be a bonus!!), a replacement class will be arranged subject to coach's availability.

Student is only allowed to reschedule class maximum once a month - our coaches do get busy too, we cannot promise you that they will be able to do a replacement class for you.

If a last minute cancellation has to be done, please inform your instructor ASAP. Do note that all class cancellations have to be done at least 24hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the class.

If student has to do a last minute cancellation due to medical reasons, an MC must be produced.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
What a downer when this happens! But fret not, clients will not be charged for the class in the event of cancellation due to bad weather, as this is not something we can control.
Please note that classes will only be cancelled in the event of lightning or heavy rain.

Classes will not be chargeable if it has not yet commenced. If weather does not look good, please inform your coach and update them on the weather conditions.

Once classes have commenced, it will be counted as a full class if more than a third of the class is underway. The remaining time will be added on to future classes to make up for the time, or a replacement class will be arranged (subject to coach's availability).

We will be happy to pro-rate the cost of the class if both parties are unable to find a suitable timing to replace the time.
